Overall Progress: ~55%
Status: Foundation complete. Deployment waiting on domain + deposit.

Key Metrics

  • Leads Ready: 8,000 (cleaned in Supabase, pending CRM enrichment sweep)
  • Critical Blockers: 2 (Marketing domain purchase & initial deposit)

Phase Status

Phase 1: OS Foundation — ~90% complete

  • ✅ Zoho Division/Subdivision created or ready to create
  • ✅ CRM modules exist (Leads, Contractors, Realtors, Dispatch)
  • ✅ Roles/permissions/password automation in place
  • ✅ Pipelines already built and reusable
  • ⏳ Finalize automation naming conventions + credential vault polish

Phase 2: Lead Engine Activation — ~50% complete

  • ✅ Lead dataset cleaned + normalized in Supabase
  • ⏳ Import leads into Zoho CRM (mapping + tags)
  • ⏳ Run Email Pattern Inference Engine on all 8k leads
  • ⏳ Spot-check 10–20 domains to lock patterns, then mass-update CRM

Phase 3: Cadence & Automations — ~25% complete

  • ✅ 15‑day PIN cadence architecture defined (1‑3‑7‑15)
  • ⏳ Build email + SMS templates per role (homeowner/realtor/contractor)
  • 🚫 Domain warmup + sending reputation cannot start until domain is purchased
  • ⏳ Set routing: lead → pipeline → cadence

Phase 4: Dispatch System — ~10% complete

  • ⏳ Create contractor pool metadata + assignment rules
  • ⏳ Dispatch notifications (SMS/email) tied to pipeline movement

  • SEO tuning + local ranking improvements
  • Accounting support: monthly bookkeeping + quarterly reviews
  • Consulting + workflow optimization + feature upgrades

Critical Blockers

  1. Marketing domain not purchased

    • Impact: Blocks email setup, SEO, Search Console, Tag Manager, landing pages, site publish
    • Needed: Approve & purchase brand/marketing domain
  2. Initial deposit not received

    • Impact: Blocks domain, warmup tooling, provider setup, and rollout activation
    • Needed: Send initial deposit per proposal

Once both items are complete, rollout continues immediately with the 12‑day schedule.

Next 3 Actions (QiAlly)

  1. Import leads into CRM + apply initial tags
  2. Run Email Pattern Inference sweep + confidence scoring
  3. Finalize Zoho Forms with conditional logic + embed on site

These are queued and ready to execute as soon as domain/payment are cleared.
